Online counselling offers the freedom to access therapy from the comfort of your own space, while still receiving the same depth of care, presence, and personalised support you’d expect in person. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or just feeling a bit lost or overwhelmed, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to do this on your own.

What You Can Expect

Our sessions are 60 minutes long and held via Zoom, making them both convenient and accessible. I take a holistic, flexible approach that’s always tailored to your individual needs. Drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies, I meet you where you’re at—gently and respectfully. Specific approaches help us explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been silenced, forgotten, or pushed aside. I’ll support you to build emotional resilience, deepen your self-understanding, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Session Details
You’ll receive a Zoom link prior to your session. Payment is required within 7 days of your appointment, and you’ll be sent an invoice with all the details.

Face to Face Counselling

Sometimes, there’s nothing quite like being in the same room—sharing space, energy, and presence. Face-to-face counselling offers a warm, confidential environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever’s on your mind or in your heart. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction, trauma, or simply feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, our sessions are a space for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
What You Can Expect

Sessions are 60 minutes long and held in person at my private practice. I take an integrative, person-centred approach—meaning everything we do is guided by your unique needs, pace, and goals.

Walking and Talking Counselling

Therapy in motion—connecting mind, body, and nature.

Sometimes healing happens more easily when we’re moving. Walking & Talking Counselling offers a gentle, spacious alternative to sitting face-to-face. Side-by-side in nature, the conversation flows differently—often more freely, with a sense of calm and grounded-ness that the natural world naturally brings.

This approach combines the therapeutic benefits of movement, fresh air, and connection with nature. Walking side-by-side can reduce the intensity of difficult conversations and help you feel more at ease in expressing emotions and exploring your inner world.

What You Can Expect
These 60-minute outdoor sessions take place on a local walking route agreed upon in advance. We go at your pace—physically and emotionally—and the session is always tailored to your comfort and needs.
We may work through

Breathwork, Somatics & Sound Healing

Deep release. Embodied healing. A return to your true self.

This 2-hour in-person session is a deeply nurturing experience that weaves together conscious breathwork, gentle somatic movement, therapeutic touch, and the vibrational power of sound. It’s an invitation to step out of the mind, drop into the body, and reconnect with your inner wisdom in a safe, sacred space.

Held at my private practice, this session is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic realignment. Whether you’re holding tension, grief, overwhelm, or simply a sense of disconnection, these sessions offer a path back to balance, clarity, and inner calm.

The Power of Breath, Movement & Sound
  • Breathwork opens the door to emotional release, helping to calm the mind, process stuck emotions, and access deeper states of awareness.
  • Somatic movement and therapeutic touch support grounding, safety, and reconnection with the body, especially for those holding trauma or chronic stress.
  • Sound healing using crystal singing bowls helps shift stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and promote a deep sense of peace and integration.
This modality is particularly supportive if you feel stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, or emotionally overwhelmed. It can also be a powerful complement to traditional talk therapy.
