There are moments in life when talking alone doesn’t reach the places where pain lives. Sometimes, what the body has held for years—stress, emotion, trauma—needs more than words. It needs to be felt, moved, expressed, and released.

This is the space I hold at Counselling with Equipoise.

In our breathwork and somatic healing sessions, I guide you home to yourself using a blend of conscious breath, intuitive somatic touch, organic movement, and sound healing. This is not a one-size-fits-all practice. It’s deeply personal, responsive, and rooted in presence. With the resonance of crystal singing bowls, the grounding tones of the panda drum, and the sacred vibration of the singing chalice, we invite the body to soften. The breath becomes your anchor. Touch gently guides you into the parts of yourself you may have been holding tight. And movement—unrushed, unforced—arises naturally, allowing emotion and energy to move through and out. This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you with the wisdom that’s already inside.
