Hi, I’m Sharleen Havas—a Clinical Counsellor (PACFA), psychotherapist, and healing practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with who we truly are. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to the therapeutic space, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, EFT tapping, and coaching. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your unique needs, and it’s my honour to walk beside you as we explore your path forward.

Alongside traditional therapies, I also offer a more holistic, body-centred approach to healing. I weave in breathwork, meditation, sound healing, Family Constellations, somatic movement, and other experiential practices that support emotional regulation and deep transformation. My background in massage therapy, Pilates, and fitness has shown me just how interconnected our emotional and physical wellbeing truly are.

I specialise in supporting people through depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether I’m working one-on-one, facilitating a group, or co-creating retreat spaces, I strive to offer a safe, respectful, and heart-centred environment where you can feel truly seen and supported. Together, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner strength, and move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.
